By accessing or using HelloRamp.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a dealership or company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
HelloRamp.ai is an AI-powered media platform for automotive dealerships. The Platform includes three core products:
HelloRamp may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
You must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately at support@helloramp.ai of any unauthorized use.
If your plan includes multiple team members, you are responsible for ensuring all users comply with these Terms. Sharing credentials beyond your plan's seat limit is not permitted.
HelloRamp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal dealership operations, subject to these Terms and timely payment of fees.
You may not:
You retain ownership of all vehicle photos, videos, inventory data, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant HelloRamp a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of vehicle listings, pricing, and consumer disclosures published through the Platform.
HelloRamp's data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Some Platform features — including AI-enhanced backgrounds, AI avatar videos, automated social posts, and feature highlights — generate and publish content automatically without a manual review step.
You agree to:
For Studio images destined for your dealership website, HelloRamp's team reviews and quality-checks assets before they go live.
The Platform connects with DMS/CRM systems (vAuto, DealerCenter, Dealer.com, DealerOn, and others), social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok), and marketplaces (Cars.com, CarGurus, Autotrader, Facebook Marketplace).
By using YouTube publishing features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. HelloRamp's use of YouTube API Services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
HelloRamp is not responsible for the availability, policies, or content decisions of any third-party platform.
Fees are as listed on the Pricing page or in your Order Form, in U.S. dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and the HelloRamp and HelloTrust™ brands, are the exclusive property of HelloAR Inc. Nothing in these Terms transfers any HelloRamp intellectual property to you.
Feedback or suggestions you share with HelloRamp may be used by us without compensation to you.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination at HelloRamp's discretion.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." HelloRamp does not guarantee that the Platform will always be available without interruption, or that every output — including AI-generated content — will be perfectly accurate. We work hard to maintain a reliable and high-quality service, and we will always communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
By you: Contact support@helloramp.ai to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By HelloRamp: We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in illegal activity. Where practicable, we will give notice before taking action.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends. HelloRamp will retain your data for up to 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. Sections on intellectual property, prohibited uses, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware. Before filing a formal claim, please reach out to us at support@helloramp.ai — we'll do our best to resolve any issue directly and promptly.
HelloRamp may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Platform or applicable law. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
