Log Files

HelloRamp follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. ZoomInfo WebSights and Third-Party Cookies

We use ZoomInfo WebSights technology to help identify business visitors to our website and understand how they interact with our content. Individual Data Subject's Rights [Data Access, Portability, Deletion]

We acknowledge that you have the right to access your personal data right to request modification or deletion. We provide access to user data through our account management console. You can update your information and account settings anytime by logging into your account. If you wish to delete your account or specific data, you may do so directly from your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@helloramp.ai. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

Terms of Service — YouTube Integration

By accessing or using HelloRamp's YouTube publishing and integration features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google API Disclosure

HelloRamp uses YouTube API Services to enable video publishing functionality. Our use of these services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. HelloRamp's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Our use of YouTube API Services is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

1. Data Accessed (How we use your data)

Our application requests access to your YouTube account to upload videos to your channel on your request and to support limited post-upload updates to video metadata when you make changes. The Access is used for the following purposes:

  • Video Uploading: To upload video content created within HelloRamp directly to your YouTube channel on your request.
  • Video Metadata Updates: To edit the title and description of videos uploaded through HelloRamp when you explicitly update that information in our platform.
  • Account Identification: To identify which YouTube channel is connected so that accurate tokens can manage your contents via our platform as you prefer or data distribution or creating history.
2. Data Storage & Retention

To maintain service, we only store limited data points required to maintain functionality of Google/YouTube channel:

  • Channel Name and Email Address: This is stored to identify your connected account on the user dashboard.
  • Authentication Tokens: Oauth Tokens (access and refresh tokens) are stored to maintain the connection between HelloRamp and Your YouTube.
  • User Control: You may disconnect your YouTube account at any time from your HelloRamp account settings. Upon unlinking, any profile data held on your behalf will be deleted. You can also revoke HelloRamp's access to your YouTube data directly via the Google Security Settings page. Upon revocation through either method, all stored authorized data will be deleted within 7 calendar days.
3. Data Security & Protection

We implement the following technical and organizational measures to protect sensitive data, including Google and YouTube API data:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between HelloRamp and Google/YouTube APIs is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). No sensitive data is transmitted over unencrypted connections.
  • Access Controls: Access to stored Google and YouTube user data is strictly restricted to authorized HelloRamp systems and personnel. No staff member can access this data unless required for security purposes, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent for customer support.
  • Minimal Data Retention: We store only the minimum data necessary to maintain YouTube integration functionality. You may revoke HelloRamp's access to your YouTube data at any time via your HelloRamp account settings or directly through the Google Security Settings page. Upon revocation, your OAuth tokens will be invalidated and your data will no longer be accessible by our systems.
  • Secure Credential Storage: API credentials and OAuth tokens are never logged or exposed in client-side code at any point.
  • Incident Response: In the event of a data breach involving your Google or YouTube data, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA).
4. Data Sharing & Limited Use
  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, or rent your Google user data to any external parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
  • Strictly Functional: Data obtained via API is processed only establishing features you have requested. We never use this Google User Data for AIML model training, advertising or marketing.
  • Human Access: Our staff does not read or view Google user data unless required for security purposes, legal compliance, or if you have given explicit consent for customer support.
