How to create videos using record option

Start a new video, add a title, record clips, process the result, and share the finished video with a lead in HelloRamp Engage.

Learn how to create a new HelloRamp Engage video with the record option, process it, then copy the share link, choose a lead, and send the completed video.

Guide steps

1. Open the video creatorTap the green video button in the bottom navigation to start a new Engage video.
2. Add the video titleTap the title field to fill in the video title.
3. Continue to add clipsTap the footer button to continue after the title is filled.
4. Record a clipChoose Record Video to capture a clip for this video.
5. Add another clipTap + Add Another Clip to record one more segment for this video.
6. Record one more clipRecord another clip before processing the video.
7. Send the videoTap Send to process your clips and prepare the video for sharing.
8. Copy the share linkCopy the video link so it is ready to share outside the app when needed.
9. Choose a leadOpen lead selection so this video can be tied to the right customer record.
10. Select the leadTap John to attach this video to the correct customer record.
11. Send the finished videoSend the completed video to your selected lead once the message is ready.
