How to create videos from library

Start a new video, add a title, choose Library, select clips from Video Tours, then process and share the video in HelloRamp Engage.

Learn how to create a HelloRamp Engage video from library clips by starting a new video, opening the library, choosing the Video Tours tab, selecting a clip, and adding it into the composer.

Guide steps

1. Open the video creatorTap the green video button in the bottom navigation to start a new Engage video.
2. Add the video titleTap the title field to fill in the video title.
3. Continue to add clipsTap the footer button to continue after the title is filled.
4. Open the libraryChoose Library to add existing clips instead of recording a new one.
5. Go to Video ToursSwitch to the Video Tours tab to browse clips from an existing tour.
6. Open a video tourExpand a video tour so you can pick clips from it.
7. Select a clipChoose a clip from the video tour to add it to your selection.
8. Select another clipPick another clip from the same video tour for this video.
9. Select one more clipChoose one more clip so you can add a few clips together.
10. Add the selected clipsTap Add Selected Clips to add your chosen clips to the video.
11. Send the videoTap Send to process your selected clips and prepare the video for sharing.
12. Copy the share linkCopy the video link so it is ready to share outside the app when needed.
13. Choose a leadOpen lead selection so this video can be tied to the right customer record.
14. Select the leadTap John to attach this video to the correct customer record.
15. Send the finished videoSend the completed video to your selected lead once the message is ready.
