How to create a lead in HelloRamp Engage
To create a lead in HelloRamp Engage, open Leads from the bottom navigation, click Add New Lead, enter the lead's first name and email address, and click Create Lead to save the contact to your lead list.
Open the Leads workspace, add a new lead, fill the contact details, and create the lead in HelloRamp Engage.
Before you start, have access to the HelloRamp Engage Leads workspace and the lead's first name and email address.
How do I create a lead in HelloRamp Engage?
- Open LeadsGo to Leads from the bottom navigation to manage and create customer records.
- Start a new leadClick + Add New Lead to open the lead creation form.
- Enter the first nameClick First Name to fill in the lead's first name as John.
- Add the email addressClick Email Address to fill in john@helloramp.ai for this lead.
- Create the leadClick Create Lead to save the new contact and add it to your lead list.
